Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Wholesale orders with custom packaging or private label requirements may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically and internationally, including wholesale export orders. Available shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines vary by destination and order size, and will be confirmed with the customer before or at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight/volume, and chosen shipping method. Costs are shown at checkout or provided directly for wholesale/export orders quoted outside the website.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

5. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international and export orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon arrival. For wholesale/export shipments, shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed with the customer per order.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@alphapastes.com so we can assist with a carrier claim; this does not override our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
