Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through alphapastes.com ("we," "us," "our," "Alpha"), including wholesale orders and any orders placed via associated channels such as WhatsApp or email.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through alphapastes.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong product or quantity, or dissatisfaction with taste, scent, packaging, or similar subjective factors.
2. Submitting a Refund Request
Although our standard policy is that all sales are final, if you believe your order involves an exceptional issue (such as damage in transit, a shipment lost by the carrier, or an order that does not match what was confirmed at checkout), you may submit a request for review:
- Email us at hello@alphapastes.com within 3 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation
Submitting a request initiates a review only. It does not guarantee a refund, credit, replacement, or any other remedy.
3. Our Decision Is Final
Any refund, store credit, replacement, or other remedy is granted entirely at our sole discretion. All determinations we make on a submitted refund request are final and binding on both parties. We are under no obligation to grant a refund outside of circumstances where a refund is legally mandated (see Section 5).
4. Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order and completing payment on alphapastes.com, or through any associated ordering channel, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms as a binding condition of sale.
5. Legal Exceptions
This policy does not limit or waive any right a customer may hold under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement (for example, statutory rights concerning materially defective or misrepresented goods under applicable consumer protection law). Where such a mandatory right applies, it will be honored to the minimum extent required by law. In all other respects, this policy remains in full effect.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly at hello@alphapastes.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback while a request is under good-faith review may delay resolution.
